Planet Hockey is pleased to operate under a fair, equitable and flexible Cancellation/Refund policy.

Cancellation Policies

Planet Hockey teaches three types of Programs:

• Summer Camps:  4-5 day programs conducted June thru August.  Camp tuition more than $200
• Clinics:  2-4 day programs conducted September thru May.  Camp tuition less than $200
• Planet Hockey Ranch:  7 day resident camp in Colorado

Planet Hockey SUMMER CAMP Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be received in writing via email to camps@planethockey.com.  In addition to emailing your request to execute our cancellation policy, you may call us at 720-304-3880.

• Cancellations received at least 60 days prior to camp start date, will be refunded less a $75 administration fee.
• Cancellations within 60 days of camp start date will receive a credit voucher toward future Planet Hockey camps, less $75, valid for three years from date of issue.
• No refunds or credits issued for voluntary withdrawal, no shows, or the expulsion from camp.
• Injuries and illness, with a valid letter from your physician, will receive a credit voucher toward a future Planet Hockey camp, less a $75 administration fee.
• All refunds/credits requested after June 1, 2008 will be processed September 30, 2008.

Planet Hockey CLINIC Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the program start date will be refunded less $25 administration fee.  Cancellations received within 30 days of program start date will receive a credit voucher toward future Planet Hockey Programs, less a $25 administrative fee.

Planet Hockey RANCH Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation at least 90 days prior to the beginning of camp will be refunded less $250.  Cancellations within 90 days of camp start date will receive a Credit Voucher less $500, valid for two years from date of cancellation.
