Planet Hockey is pleased to operate under a fair, equitable and flexible Cancellation/Refund policy. 

Cancellation Policies
Planet Hockey conducts (4) types of Programs:
  1. Summer Camps:  4-5 day programs conducted June thru August.  Camp tuition more than $200
  2. Clinics:  2-4 day programs conducted September thru May.  Camp tuition less than $200
  3. Planet Hockey Ranch:  7 day resident camp in Colorado
  4. European Hockey Tours
Planet Hockey SUMMER CAMP Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be received via . 
Cancellation Request Form >>
  • Cancellations received at least 60 days prior to camp start date, will be refunded less a $75 administration fee.
  • Cancellations within 60 days of camp start date will receive a credit voucher toward future Planet Hockey camps, less $75, valid for three years from date of issue.
  • No refunds or credits issued for voluntary withdrawal, no shows, or the expulsion from camp.
  • Injuries and illness, with a valid letter from your physician, will receive a credit voucher toward a future Planet Hockey camp, less a $75 administration fee.
  • All refunds/credits requested after June 1st will be processed by September 15th.
Planet Hockey CLINIC Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the program start date will be refunded less $25 administration fee.  Cancellations received within 30 days of program start date will receive a credit voucher toward future Planet Hockey Programs, less a $25 administrative fee.
 
Planet Hockey Resident Hockey Camps Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation at least 90 days prior to the beginning of camp will be refunded less $250.  Cancellations within 90 days of camp start date will receive a Credit Voucher less $500, valid for two years from date of cancellation. 
 
European Hockey Tours Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be received via . Cancellation Request Form >>
  • Deposit #1 must be paid to confirm participation.  The first $500 paid per person is a non-rufundable deposit. 
  • Refunds/Cancellations: up to 50% of payments #2-4 may be refunded. Cancellation date dictates refund amount.  No refunds after May 1.

Other Cancellation Policy information: 

  • Credit Vouchers may be transferred.
  • Credit Vouchers may be applied to any and all Planet Hockey Camps, Tours, Programs, Merchandise, Sportswear and Training Materials & DVDs.
  • Of course, we can not provide refunds for cancellations due to acts of God, including weather related cancellations and cancellations due to facility complications.  We recognize that such events are unlikely to occur; but if one does, we will issue credit vouchers for the full amount paid for the affected program.
  • If Planet Hockey cancels any program for any reason other than acts of God and weather related or facility related cancellations, a full refund will be issued.
