How do I add custom merchandise (jersey, socks, shorts, etc.) for my player?Login to your account here. After you sign in, select ADD PURCHASE, select desired merchandise (you may need to click ‘view all’ to see all products) and then select CHECKOUT and complete payment.

I did not purchase the Tuition Protection Plan (TPP) when I registered. May I add that at a later date?No. The TPP must be purchased at the time of registration.

How do I make an unscheduled payment on my remaining balance due if I am on a Payment Plan?Login to your account at this link. After you sign in, select “Make a Payment.” Select “Custom Amount” and enter the amount you would like to pay. Then select your payment method and click “Submit Payment.” Note: If you would like to pay your entire balance due, select “Pay in Full” instead of “Custom Amount.”

What do I do if I have to cancel my registration?You may view the Cancellation Policy here. If you need to cancel, you must submit a Cancellation Request Form located at the bottom of the Cancellation Policy page.

How can I see my balance due?Login to your account at this link. After you sign in, you will see your account balance. If you would like to make a payment select “Make a Payment.” Select “Custom Amount” and enter the amount you would like to pay. Then select your payment method and click “Submit Payment.”

How do I add the Supplemental Training Program (STP) for my player?Login to your account here. After you sign in, select ADD PURCHASE, select the Supplemental Training Program (STP) and then select CHECKOUT and complete payment.

My son was born in 2014 and my daughter was born in 2009. Which group should I select for them during registration?Your son should be registered in Group A – 2013 & younger. This group is for players born in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, etc. Your daughter should be registered in Group B – 2012 & older. This group is for players born in 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, etc.
