Adult Skills Workshop

Professional instruction for adult players (18+) of all skill levels, from recreational to advanced.

  • Comprehensive on-ice training featuring power skating, speed & agility, stride mechanics, stickhandling, passing, scoring, transitions, puck protection, hockey IQ, and small-area games.

  • Players are grouped by skill level to maximize development in a positive, challenging environment.

  • Learn through the Planet Hockey Development Model, featuring Dynamic European small-group instruction and game-based training concepts.

  • Includes 2.5 hours of on-ice instruction, plus a 30-minute classroom/Q&A session with Planet Hockey coaches.

  • Train with certified Planet Hockey instructors who have over 32 years of hockey development experience.
